Survival is the only option in a world where humanity is the enemy.
Exploring the Post-Apocalyptic World of Hostile
In the post-apocalyptic world of the 2017 film Hostile, viewers are taken on a thrilling and emotional journey through a desolate landscape where survival is the ultimate goal. The film follows the story of Juliette, a young woman who is struggling to survive in a world ravaged by a mysterious virus that has decimated the population and left the remaining survivors fighting for their lives.
As the film opens, we are introduced to Juliette as she navigates the dangerous terrain of the wasteland, scavenging for supplies and constantly on the lookout for threats. The world of Hostile is bleak and unforgiving, with abandoned buildings and crumbling infrastructure serving as a constant reminder of the world that once was.
Despite the harsh conditions, Juliette is determined to survive, drawing on her resourcefulness and resilience to stay alive. Forced to confront her past and make difficult choices, Juliette must find the strength to fight back and survive.
One of the most striking aspects of Hostile is its visual style, which captures the desolation and despair of the post-apocalyptic world in stunning detail. The cinematography is haunting and atmospheric, with sweeping shots of the barren landscape and dilapidated buildings creating a sense of isolation and hopelessness.
The film also explores themes of loss, redemption, and the power of human connection in the face of adversity. Juliette’s journey is not just one of survival, but also of self-discovery and growth as she confronts her own demons and learns to trust others in order to survive.
The character of Juliette is brought to life by actress Brittany Ashworth, who delivers a powerful and nuanced performance that captures the complexity of her character. Ashworth’s portrayal of Juliette is raw and emotional, drawing viewers into her world and making them feel her pain and determination.
As Juliette’s story unfolds, we are taken on a rollercoaster of emotions, from heart-pounding action sequences to quiet moments of reflection. The film’s pacing is expertly handled, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats while also allowing for moments of introspection and character development.
Hostile is a gripping and thought-provoking film that offers a fresh take on the post-apocalyptic genre. It is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power of hope in the face of overwhelming odds. With its stunning visuals, compelling performances, and emotional depth, Hostile is a must-see for fans of dystopian cinema.

Wot a really good film but really sad ending
What a total waste of an hour and a half! You got to be kidding me? The movie was pretty decent right up until the very last part and I already knew what the Heck was going to happen and it was a total disappointment, stupidest garbage ending I've ever seen! Just for s&g's I should spoil it but I'm not going to, because the acting was okay and it needs to be watched but I'm going to tell you what the ending sucks! The ending just absolutely sucked for me.

Just a few words…. WOW worth the watch.
I love U —– Me too. —– Never Give Up — so Jack did not give up looking for his women
and he found her – but it was a mixed bag from there on out – of course it was like many relationships – intense and at times savage and scary and other times delicate and intimate.
for those of you who don't know she had a 357 revolver – and that is a powerful round
so not only would the bullet pass through Jack's head but also hers.
where’s all the spoilers? don’t have time to watch it but damn everybody talking about how good it is but nobody giving anything up…guess i have to make time now…
